No Fear Software is a one-person consultancy in Arizona, run by me, Robert Weinberg. You work directly with the person who writes the code: there are no hand-offs and no junior developers. I've shipped production software at companies where the stakes are high.
My background is in healthcare and financial technology, where software errors have real consequences and security, compliance, and reliability are requirements from day one.

Prototype Rescue
You used AI to build something that works as a demo. A production system has to hold up under real users, real data, and real security requirements. I review what you have, refactor and harden it, add tests, and get it to a state you can ship and keep running.
Greenfield Development
Starting from scratch with a clear plan. I help you define scope, choose an architecture that fits, and build it properly the first time, from database to API to user interface.

Cloud Deployment & Hosting
AWS, GCP, or Azure. I set up the infrastructure that keeps your software running: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, auto-scaling, and cost controls so you aren't paying for idle resources. I also audit existing cloud accounts to cut waste and right-size spend.

Connecting your systems: third-party APIs, internal tools, and legacy databases. Clean integrations that remove manual steps and get your data where it needs to go.
Ongoing Maintenance
Software is never finished. After launch I stay on to monitor, update dependencies, patch security issues, and add features, so you can run your business instead of your tech stack.

We talk through your idea, constraints, and goals. It's a conversation about what you're building and whether I'm the right fit, with no pressure either way.
2. Proposal and scope
I write a plain-language proposal with timeline, cost, and deliverables, so there are no surprises later.
3. Build and review
I build in focused sprints and keep you in the loop. At every checkpoint you review working software rather than slide decks.
4. Launch and support
We go live. I monitor the deployment, handle early issues, and stay available for maintenance or the next phase of work.
